SCP-1360 is a humanoid mannequin/android hybrid that is incapable of speaking. Its main form of communication is through writing, and it can read and write in several languages aside from English fluently. It is capable of feeling pain despite not having a nervous system and has compartments in its fingers that hold sewing tools and scissors, among other tools, with its middle and ring fingers being hollow and serving as storage units. It is obsessed with escaping and finding someone that goes by the name of "Anderson".

3.1) How would your SCP act around other SCPs?:
It would ask every SCP that it came across if they knew/were "Anderson"., If they didn't/weren't, it would lose interest and move on.
If he perceived them as blocking his path to "Anderson", he is allowed to kill them.
3.2) How would your SCP act around Humans?:
It would ask every human it came across by writing on a piece of paper if they knew/were "Anderson". If they didn't/were not, it would lose interest and move on.
He is allowed to kill humans if he perceived them to be blocking his path to "Anderson"
3.3) What are some rules of your SCP?:
SCP-1360 cannot talk, and therefore must use /me to communicate. SCP-1360 can kill humans and SCPs, but only if he perceives them as blocking his path to "Anderson". He is allowed to own a gun but must follow the D-Class rules prior to obtaining one. If an SCP can convince SCP-1360 that they are or want to help him find "Anderson", he can release them. He can only break out every 10 mins.

Yes, but he must initiate combat first.
