Faces
Center Face - Face your CO (Commanding Officer)
Front Face - Face the front of your formation.
Left Face - Turn 90 degrees to your left.
Right Face - Turn 90 degrees to your right.
About Face - Turn 180 degrees.
Formations
Line Formation - A horizontal line in front of the CO.
Column Formation - A vertical line in front of the CO, similar to that of a queue.
Double Line - Two column formations adjacent from each other allowing space for the CO to walk through.
Wedge - The shape of an arrowhead, with the CO as the tip/spear.
Box - A box around the CO. Self explanatory.
Firing Line - Two line formations against each other, with the front line crouching and back line standing. Guns should be off of safety.
Ranks And Number ID's
Any operative with 4 digits at the end of their name are higher ups and are not required to stay in offensive or defensive they can choose which one they want to participate in at any given time.
Offensive:
* * * * * * * * / 319 = field-medics
* * * * * * * * / 523 = normal operative
* * * * * * * * / 731 = stealth operatives
* * * * * * * * / 584 = offensive pilots
* * * * * * * * / 243 = recruits
Defensive:
* * * * * * * * / 657 = snipers
* * * * * * * * / 712 = normal operatives
* * * * * * * * / 477 = defensive pilots
* * * * * * * * / 434 = medics
* * * * * * * * / 209 = recruits
Engagement Rules
Only shoot enemies if they shoot at you or get withing 30 meters of you objective whether it be you raiding base or the base you are defending.
If a G.O.C has gone rouge or is controlled by SCP-035 and is shooting people they are to be detained or shot.
Ballistics Trainings
Have the trainees shoot 10 balloons to see their accuracy make sure they do it as fast as they can because they have to shoot all 10 balloons under 10 seconds if they fail tell them to stand in a certain area and wait until they are all finished and kill the ones that have failed. We only hire the best of the best.
Before whitelisting them flip a coin for each player if HEADS they are OFFENSIVE but if it is TAILS they are DEFENSIVE!
If they are put on defensive have their whitelist name become

For offensive

The * are random numbers between 1-9
