As a DVL of a faction (G.O.C, M.T.F, C.I and S.H), you may not add/change jobs in another faction. By doing this Pabz and I can only assume that you are debuffing the edited faction in order for your faction to get a better chance whilst in combat. Even with the developer rank or even the Owner rank, I expect you to talk with the DVL before you edit their jobs. Currently CI and MTF are completely equal, and that's the way it's going to stay. We recently had an incident where the G.O.C had a Juggernaut job, which I talked with Pabz about and explained that if CI/MTF were to hire the G.O.C, and there was a Juggernaut online for each faction, the CI/MTF and G.O.C would demolish the opponents. Pabz agreed and changed the job.
I have no intentions to debuff a team unless I notice that they have overpowered stuff compared to another. With the possible addition of tanks, I'm going to be holding a meeting discussing how this system is going to work, considering the CI aren't the richest of people. I don't want to have tanks an MTF/G.O.C only feature, so we're going to work out a way for the CI to have tanks in their possession (a possible change to the lore, adding that the CI raided the facility and left with a tank.)
Nonetheless, there is no need for a change in factions, I believe that the factions are able to fight each other fairly in combat.
Over and out!
