Faces
Center Face - Face your CO (Commanding Officer)
Front Face - Face the front of your formation.
Left Face - Turn 90 degrees to your left.
Right Face - Turn 90 degrees to your right.
About Face - Turn 180 degrees.
Formations
Line Formation - A horizontal line in front of the CO.
Column Formation - A vertical line in front of the CO, similar to that of a queue.
Double Line - Two column formations adjacent from each other allowing space for the CO to walk through.
Wedge - The shape of an arrowhead, with the CO as the tip/spear.
Box - A box around the CO. Self explanatory.
Firing Line - Two line formations against each other, with the front line crouching and back line standing. Guns should be off of safety.
Roleplaying
To be able to determine who joins the MTF, you should begin by asking each person how they would tackle someone (this must be detailed, something along the lines of /me would run at the man, pushing him to the ground with extreme force, knocking the air from his lungs.). Being able to perform a detailed /me is a skill that anyone with the desire to join the MTF should have.
Now you must teach them how the MTF would go about doing Combat RP, start off by giving an example of a /me, like '/me would kick the back of the man's leg with full strength, knocking them to the ground.', after you have given an example you should inform them that they cannot force an action upon a player, and that they must roll in order for the /me to be successful. (This they should already know.) Now you will ask the recruits to perform Combat RP on each other.
Next up is FearRP, which they should already know of. If they don't, explain it to them.
Explain to the recruits that whilst they are inside the Command Base it is acceptable to PassiveRP.
Now give them some examples of MedRP and PainRP. (MedRP of course being a detailed /me in order to heal someone and PainRP being when you are shot in the leg/arm/hand etc you must do a /me.)
Codes
The next step in training is telling the recruits about the codes, they should already be aware of this however.
Code Green: Stay in the MTF Command Base or patrol EZ.
Code Yellow: Be on alert, you may be assigned a post at the EZ/HCZ gate.
Code Orange: Stay at your assigned post in the Command Base, ready to open fire on raiding CI.
Code Red: Stay at your assigned post and let the Containment division deal with it.
Code Black: Evacuate to the F.O.B.
Rules of Engagement
This is a very important subject that the recruits must be aware of.
Blue on Blue: Never purposefully injure friendlies.
Self Defense: You may fire at someone if they are being threatening towards you or friendlies.
Prisoner: If there is a shackled CI operative in the facility without an escort don't fire upon them, escort them to interrogation. They can be used to gather crucial intel.
Non-Aggression: Keep your weapon on safety inside the base during a Code Green.
Base Protection: Do not fire upon CI operatives or Serpent's Hand unless they are firing at you or are within 25 meters of the command base.
Weapons Training
Now your recruits are ready to shoot, start off by going over the basics - how to put attachments on weapons and how to put the weapon on safety/change the fire mode.
Next bring each recruit up to the firing range. Once the recruits are at the table ask them to perform a /me to take their gun off of safety and aim (/me flicks a switch on his/her weapon, putting it into full-auto. They would then bring the gun up to their face), after that ask them to fire a clip into a single target.
Then explain to them that they don't need to /me to use their weapons in combat.

Question the recruits after they have read the documents.
Congratulations, they have now passed training. You may now give them their private patches (/me would give the man/woman a patch baring the words 'Mobile Task Force Private') and whitelist them for Recruit.
Also, inform them that they should change their names to Recruit [Name]
